Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

When you order: your first name, your last name (optional), your phone number, your email address (optional), your order, and the note and allergy information you give.

Why

To prepare and hand over your order, to tell you by text message or email when it is ready or if there is a problem with it, and to keep the records the law requires. Allergy information is only used to prepare your order safely.

Who sees it

The restaurant's team sees your details and your orders in its dashboard, including its customer list. Monkey's Cook, which runs the online ordering platform, processes them on the restaurant's behalf (hosting, text messages and emails). Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

How long

Your details are kept for 3 years after your last order. Orders are kept for as long as accounting law requires (10 years).

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy, by contacting the restaurant. You can also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
