Terms of sale

Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on this site with Chez Marwan — Kebab (Chez Marwan), the seller. Orders are for pickup only (click & collect): no delivery and no table service through this site.

Ordering

You choose your items and their options, give your first name and phone number, and confirm. Your order is placed once its confirmation page is shown; that page then shows how your order is getting on.

Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. You pay the total shown when you confirm the order: it is checked again at that moment, and if a price has changed you are asked to confirm the new total.

Payment

You pay in cash at the counter when you collect your order.

Pickup

Collect your order at the counter, 14 rue de la République, 69002 Lyon, and give your pickup name. The ready time shown is an estimate. Food is prepared fresh: please come on time.

Changes and cancellation

The right of withdrawal does not apply to food made to order that can spoil quickly (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). To change or cancel an order, call the restaurant as soon as possible on 04 78 92 14 05. If an item can't be made, the restaurant contacts you or cancels the order.

Allergens

Information about allergens is available at the counter. Tell the restaurant about any allergy in the “Allergies” field when you order.

Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, contact the restaurant first. If no solution is found, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: [to be completed].

These terms are governed by French law.
